A few days late, but forgive me. I've been a little busy being hungover from New Year's Eve.
Current weight: 241.6
Body Fat Percentage: according to my new body fat scale "immeasurable". F*^# me.
Current clothing size: XL/16 pants. Barely. It's painful to squeeze into them some days.
Mood: Determined.
Goal by Feb 1: 220 lbs and some sort of measurable body fat.
I bought a kettlebell workout set with DVD. I've decided our guest room upstairs is going to be my gym since there's a little TV up there. Also, replaced my Giant blow up exercise ball that mysteriously vanished when hubby and I bought our house and moved. Thought I'd clean house, buy new workout shoes (you know, since our beloved hound puppy ate all 5 of my pairs out of boredom. Actually it wasn't all of the shoes, just the left mate of each pair. Asshole.)
Currently have a roast in my crockpot, and lots of fresh veggies stocked up. Decided today I'll be cancelling one of my two gym memberships - the one I got roped into after buying a 6-week boot camp Groupon. Said gym is too far away for my liking, and given my work schedule, it's a little inconvenient.
Now can someone please tell my darling husband to stop with his binge eating and unhealthy habits? They are interfering with my lifestyle.
